With all the evidince i read I' ve choosed the Rabies Death theory Becuase, well just think about it if Edgar Poe died from liquer he wouldnt of have fever. The liver would get all mest up. HE would probility start throwing up blood. These are some of the symptoms that liquer posion may cause. Yeah there is alot of facts that suppport the theory of Poe drinking, but I am going to stick with my theory. The letter say it could take more than a year for symptoms to show so thats one the reasons i belive rabies kille pore Mr. Edgar Poe.
No one realy nows what did kill him. In the past 20 years in the united states there has been 33 reported cases of humans rabies. Imagen how many didn't report. Only 24 percent of them which is like 6 or 7 people can rememeber being close to an animal. Poe had a female cat, she died from rabies.
There is chance that Poe got rabies from his own cat. Like i sayed before it could take more than a year for symptoms to show. It didnt say anything bout when the cat died so it realy can't fully support the theory about Rabies. Mr. Poe was a nice pretty dress guy wich ment he had money. But when they found him he was dress very poor which mean someone had to rob him. There is alot on versions of the of the story. Only god nows the real story. But i dont think liquer is a fact in this story.
